I've noticed that the introduction doesn't seem to work on Macs with OSX version before 10.4.  I believe this might be because it requires Flash 10, although that really shouldn't be necessary for such a simple introduction.......

Actually, the flash intro (like the flash header on this page) requires version 9 or later of the flash plugin. We made a small change to how we are embedding the flash object for the intro, hopefully making it the same as the flash header on this page. Can you confirm whether this has fixed the problem with earlier versions of OS X?

This is actually a new topic under Bugs, but I didn't find a place to post a new issue. I am trying to link to the site in Facebook and there is no Thumbnail showing up. I don't know how those work, but thought you might want to know.
