Peace in Five Years ("P:5Y") provides its services to you, subject to the following Terms of Use. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using this Web site. By using this Web site, you signify your agreement with these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any of the below Terms of Use, do not use this Web site. We reserve the right to modify, alter, or otherwise update these Terms of Use at any time. By using this site after notice of such changes is posted, you agree to be bound by any modifications, alterations, or updates.

1. General.

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our services, and operation of our site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

P:5Y cannot and will not be liable for your failure to comply with this section.

(b) You give P:5Y the non-exclusive rights to publish your forum postings.

You acknowledge and agree that P:5Y may preserve any content and may also disclose any content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the Terms of Use; or (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third-parties.

4. Forum.

P:5Y is not responsible for any content posted in the forums. We will, however, remove any inappropriate content brought to the attention of the P:5Y staff. If you locate content that contains inappropriate material, please contact our staff and we will make every effort to remove said material.

The P:5Y Web site may provide links to other World Wide Web sites. Because P:5Y has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that P:5Y is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. 6. Violations.

You agree that P:5Y, in its sole discretion, may terminate your account and remove and discard any content, for any reason, if it believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms of Use. P:5Y may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the services, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the services under any provision of this Terms of Use may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that P:5Y may immediately deactivate or delete your user account and bar any further access to our services. Further, you agree that P:5Y shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the services.

8. No Warranty.

We provide our website and services "as is" and without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, or fitness, for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
